To fully review the development achievements of the first half of the year, align strategic thinking and clarify the key directions for the second half of the year, the 2026 Mid-Year Global Intelligent Manufacturing Strategy Conference of Best Garment Group themed "Better to BEST, Keep Improving, Strive for New Heights" was successfully held.

集团管理团队、员工代表现场参会，缅甸、老挝、柬埔寨、埃及等海内外生产基地通过线上连线同步参会，共忆奋斗历程、共话发展新机、共绘集团高质量发展新蓝图。

The management team and staff representatives of the Group attended the meeting on-site, while domestic and overseas production bases in Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Egypt and other locations joined synchronously via online video link. All participants recalled the journey of hard work together, discussed new opportunities for development, and jointly drew a new blueprint for the high-quality development of the Group.

At the opening of the conference, all participants watched a half-year milestone video to systematically review the key achievements and development milestones of the Group in the first half of the year.

会上重磅发布3.0全新企业文化体系与正规买球的网站智造To B品牌战略。立足行业升级趋势与企业发展新阶段，集团清晰迭代文化内核，明确企业愿景、使命与核心价值观，同时锁定高端供应链制造赛道，专注深耕B端品牌，坚持品质为本、拒绝低价内卷，以文化赋能品牌长效发展。

The conference witnessed the grand launch of the brand-new 3.0 corporate culture system and the B2B brand strategy of Best Garment Group's Intelligent Manufacturing. Based on the industrial upgrading trends and the new stage of corporate development, the group has clearly upgraded its cultural core, defined its corporate vision, mission and core values. Meanwhile, it has targeted the high-end supply chain manufacturing track, focused on cultivating its B2B brand, adhered to quality-oriented development and rejected cut-throat price competition, and empowered the long-term growth of the brand through corporate culture.

At the meeting, He Liping, Director of the Administration Center, presented and interpreted the Group's brand-new organizational structure.

集团董事长蒋忠伟发表顶层战略讲话，直面当前复杂的国际形势，立足集团长远发展，发布十大中长期核心发展战略体系，覆盖全球化布局、数字智造、绿色低碳、客户经营、人才强企、合规发展等关键维度，明确集团向全球一流服装制造供应链标杆迈进的核心目标，为企业高质量、可持续发展指明方向。

Jiang Zhongwei, Chairman of the Group, delivered a top-level strategic speech. Faced with the current complex international landscape and based on the Group's long-term development, he unveiled a system of ten core medium and long-term development strategies covering key dimensions including global layout, digital intelligent manufacturing, green low-carbon development, customer-centric operation, talent-driven enterprise development and compliant growth. The speech clarified the core goal of building the Group into a world-class benchmark in the garment manufacturing supply chain and charted a clear path for the enterprise's high-quality and sustainable development.

蒋董战略讲话结束后，大会举行人事任命仪式，为新任集团COO高佩娜颁发任命证书，宣告集团全新运营管理架构正式落地。

Following Chairman Jiang's strategic speech, the conference held a personnel appointment ceremony, presenting the appointment certificate to Gao Peina, the newly appointed Group COO, marking the official launch of the Group's brand-new operation and management framework.

新任集团COO高佩娜发表履职讲话，搭建系统化经营管理框架，明确下半年战略解码、全员创新、组织升级三大核心落地方向，以精细化运营、数字化赋能、组织活力激活为抓手，推动集团各项战略落地落细、提质增效。

Gao Peina, the newly appointed Group COO, delivered her inaugural speech. She proposed establishing a systematic operation and management framework and clarified three core implementation priorities for the second half of the year: strategic decomposition, company-wide innovation and organizational upgrading. Taking refined operation, digital empowerment and organizational vitality activation as key measures, she will advance the thorough implementation of all group strategies to improve quality and efficiency.

会上，五大改革核心部门代表依次上台分享，围绕集团十大战略，结合数字化落地、资产管控、集采赋能、AI设计、标准化体系建设等重点工作，明确下半年革新落地路径，以专项改革助力集团全域升级。

At the meeting, representatives from the five core reform departments took the stage one after another to share their insights. Centering on the Group's ten major strategies and combining key initiatives including digital implementation, asset management and control, centralized procurement empowerment, AI-aided design, and standardization system development, they clarified the implementation roadmap for innovations in the second half of the year, and advanced the Group's all-round upgrading through special reforms.

All business lines comprehensively reviewed the achievements in operation, production and management in the first half of the year, conducted in-depth analysis of existing problems, clarified key tasks for the second half of the year in line with the Group's annual strategy, and all staff consolidated responsibilities, anchored targets and pledged to strive for all annual operational indicators.

At the end of the meeting, Jiang Yunnan, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Group, delivered a concluding speech. He fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made by the Group in overseas layout, public welfare responsibility and other aspects in the first half of the year, expressed gratitude to all employees at home and abroad for their hard work, and put forward requirements for the work in the second half of the year.
