4月2日，江苏工程职业技术学院党委书记钱锁梅一行莅临正规买球的网站参观交流,正规买球的网站董事长蒋忠伟全程接待。

On April 2nd, Qian Suomei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology, along with her delegation, visited and exchanged ideas at Best Garment Group. Jiang Zhongwei, Chairman of Best Garment Group, received them.

产教融新局校企共远航

双方现场签署合作协议并授牌建立产教融合实践基地，标志着双方合作迈入实质性、常态化、深度化阶段，也意味着校企长期、稳定、深度的合作关系正式建立。此次合作旨在通过引企入教、项目化教学等方式，将产业真实需求与技术前沿融入育人全过程，为学生搭建起贯通理论与实践的成长平台，进而培养更贴合企业全球化发展需求的应用型人才。

The two parties signed a cooperation agreement and held an inauguration ceremony for the Industry-Education Integration Practice Base on site, marking that the cooperation between the two sides has entered a substantial, normalized and in-depth stage, and a long-term, stable and in-depth strategic partnership between the school and the enterprise has been officially established. Through introducing enterprises into education and project-based teaching, this cooperation aims to integrate real industrial demands and cutting-edge technologies into the whole process of talent cultivation, build a growth platform for students to integrate theory with practice, and thus cultivate application-oriented talents who better meet the requirements of the Group’s global development.

座谈交流中，集团董事长蒋忠伟对钱书记一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，并详细介绍了集团发展历程、数字化转型成果、全球化产业布局及企业文化建设等情况。

During the discussion, Jiang Zhongwei, Chairman of the Group, extended a warm welcome to Secretary Qian and his delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the Group's development history, achievements in digital transformation, global industrial layout, and corporate culture building.

蒋忠伟董事长表示，人才是企业高质量发展与全球化布局的核心竞争力。江苏工程职业技术学院依托百年职教底蕴，师资力量雄厚、教学体系完善，在服装专业人才培养上具备显著优势，长期为行业输送大批高素质技能型人才，与集团发展需求高度契合。未来集团将充分发挥产业与平台优势，深化校企共建，全力推动教育链、人才链与产业链有效衔接。

Chairman Jiang Zhongwei stated that talents are the core competitiveness for the high-quality development and global layout of the enterprise. Rooted in a century of vocational education heritage, Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology boasts a strong faculty and a sound teaching system, enjoying remarkable advantages in the cultivation of fashion professionals. It has long provided a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the industry, which is highly compatible with the development needs of the Group. In the future, the Group will give full play to its industrial and platform advantages, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, and strive to promote the effective connection of the education chain, talent chain and industrial chain.

Secretary Qian Suomei expressed high recognition for the development achievements of Best Garment Group in recent years. She pointed out that vocational education has always been oriented toward meeting industrial demands, and the college will closely align with Best's global development and talent needs for overseas operations. Leveraging its educational strengths, the college will optimize talent training programs and deepen the integration of theoretical teaching with industrial practice. She hopes both sides will further enhance strategic cooperation, establish a long-term talent development mechanism, and jointly cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled professionals suited to industry needs, achieving complementary advantages between the school and enterprise to support the high-quality development of the textile and garment industry.

调研期间，校方考察团先后前往智慧工厂、数字化面料图书馆、服装展厅、运动展厅及AI驾驶舱实地参观，全面了解集团在数字化转型、全球化产业布局、企业文化建设等方面取得的显著成效，近距离感受企业成熟的产业资源、先进的生产技术与现代化发展理念。

During the investigation, the college delegation visited Smart Factory, Digital Fabric Library, Garment Exhibition Hall, Sports Exhibition Hall and AI Cockpit successively. They gained a comprehensive understanding of the remarkable achievements made by the Group in digital transformation, global industrial layout, corporate culture development and other fields, and experienced the Group’s mature industrial resources, advanced production technologies and modern development philosophy at close range.

此次合作，既是学校发挥育人优势、对接产业需求的重要实践，也是企业依托院校资源、夯实人才根基的战略举措，更是双方深化协同育人、服务企业全球化布局的重要里程碑。未来，正规买球的网站将与江苏工程职业技术学院进一步深化合作、优势互补，共同打造高水平产教融合实践平台，为企业海外发展培育更多高素质技术技能人才，实现校企互利共赢。
