6月15日至16日，延川县党政代表团来澄考察。16日，江阴延川对口协作联席会议召开。延川县委副书记、县长高汉武，江阴市委副书记、市长王琪分别讲话，江阴市领导尹志华、魏锋、张弦、谢映军等出席相关活动，正规买球的网站党总支书记蒋云南参加本次活动。两地领导共商 “十五五” 对口协作发展规划，签订深化对口协作共建备忘录，在产业、人才、民生、慈善等多方面达成合作共识。

会上，正规买球的网站党总支书记蒋云南与延川县慈善协会签订定向捐赠协议，依托“蒋云南慈善信托”开展帮扶，每年捐赠 10 万元，连续三年累计捐资 30 万元，资金专项用于延川 “澄延慈善幸福家园” 建设，夯实当地民生保障、乡村公益配套。

At the conference, Jiang Yunnan, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Best Garment Group, signed a targeted donation agreement with Yanchuan Charity Association. Supported by the "Jiang Yunnan Charitable Trust", will donate 100,000 RMB annually for three consecutive years, with a total donation of 300,000 RMB. All funds will be exclusively used for the construction of the "Chengyan Charity Happy Homeland" in Yanchuan to improve local people’s livelihood security and rural public welfare facilities.
